Two shoulders get healed

Tuesday, July 19th, 2011

Pastor Randy reminded me of this testimony. God is moving!

A few weeks ago we had a wonderful Corporate Worship service. During the service a word of knowledge was given about shoulders being healed. Three people stood and were healed. In the process of praying for them one got a partial healing so I asked a nurse to come and pray for him. I never ask people by profession to come and pray. I will normally call out specific names if I am that specific. Well, a nurse responded and came to pray. What I didn’t know until later was the nurse that came had a shoulder problem but had been prayed for so many times and not been healed she didn’t stand for the Word of Knowledge. But when she came to pray for the healing of another her shoulder was healed too. Hallelujah, Jehovah Sneaky is at work!

Our first miracle report from Pastor Randy on his trip to Taiwan…

Headed to Taiwan on a mission trip we drove from Dallas to Houston to catch our first flight the next morning. After the Mavericks won their first NBA title I went to sleep so I could get up at 3:45am to catch the hotel shuttle at 4:30am. So this morning at 4:20am I arrived in the lobby to find Ramona, the desk clerk, sitting in the lobby. I began a conversation in which she informed me almost immediately that her foot was in pain. She informed me that she gets bone spurs but it had been a long time since she had had one. A strange thing to come up in a conversation except when you are on mission, LOL!

So, I told her that I was a Christian and sometimes when I pray for people they get healed. When asked if I could pray for her she said yes. I also asked her what the pain level was and she said it was ten.

I simply blessed her, thanking God for her and rel eased the Kingdom into her foot. Holy Spirit showed up and heat began to build in her foot. I asked if she felt the heat and she said she had felt it as soon as I touched her foot.

I then asked her to check it out and she got up and started walking and saying, “oh my gosh, oh my gosh,” which being interpreted means, “I am healed.” Bone spur and pain GONE!!!

It has already started. Keep praying. Taiwan is going to get rocked for the Kingdom and it’s King, Jesus.

God takes care of the unborn

A pregnant member of our family got a scary report from her doctor, but she chose to believe the report of the Lord!

I had a gestational diabetes test on March 24th and the results came back with an elevated insulin level. I scheduled another test for Tuesday March 29th. We started praying and believing God to intervene. I told pastor about the situation on Sunday and he and another member prayed with me. I had my husband, my mom and my siblings, and several close friends, among others, interceding for me on the day of the test. Got results this morning and everything is normal. No gestational diabetes. Yea God!

God heals congestion

Monday, March 14th, 2011

Another great testimony from a member of our church.

Last night we were over at a friend’s house playing dominoes. There were about 8 of us there. Our host’s daughter had a cold and was feeling pretty lousy. She had spent most of the evening either in her room or under a blanket on the couch in the living room. She came into the kitchen and told her mom and dad was that she was “feeling just horrible.” It took some convincing but we got her to finally sit down at the table with us and we prayed for her. Her eyes got big as she realized she was able to breathe through her nose. Another guest had also been dealing with nasal congestion and she indicated that she was able to breathe better after we prayed for the other young lady. We left sometime later (at least 45 minutes) and both of them said that their congestion was much improved.

God answers inelegant prayers

Friday, February 11th, 2011

What a fantastic report we received from one of our members:

For several days in January my friend was having pain in her back and that made walking difficult. She was using a cane to help her. It took several days before it dawned on me to pray for her…guess I am just slow. I went over to her, placed my hands on the small of her back and commanded that the pain leave and her back be made right (it was not an elegant prayer!). Just as I finished my hands got so hot and as I removed them from her back, I wondered why I hadn’t noticed her back was hot before (see, I told you I was slow). I started to walk away but instead turned back to my friend and asked if she felt the heat or anything. With a big smile on her face she said yes, straightened right up and started moving around. Pretty soon we were both doing a ‘hallelujah dance’! Good thing my ceilings are high, because that cane was being waved high in the air.
The next morning I awoke to find my right thumb swollen, red and painful. I had apparently strained it the previous day doing some work for a friend. What was I going to do? I was working at the church that morning. I decided I would take some pain medication….but wait….why not pray? (Remember, I told you I was slow). So I placed my left hand over my right thumb and commanded the pain to go away and my thumb return to normal. I lifted my left hand and looked at my thumb. Glory Glory! It was not red; it was not swollen; I could move it without pain. And the dancing began again! Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Presenting Jesus and Editing the Harm

Sunday, January 30th, 2011

During our recent Sozo Basic Training, Tami and Gary were there with Salome, a friend who was visiting from out-of-town. Following the conference, they all returned to their home where their son, Calen, daughter-in-law, Kristi, 3-year-old granddaughter, Karese, and 18-month-old grandson, Cade, were staying.

The baby had woken from his afternoon nap with a high fever, so when Gary and Tami got home, Gary and Calen left to buy some children’s Motrin.

I heard Kristi screaming at the top of her lungs, “MOM! MOM! MOMMMMMMMMMM! I came running towards the stairs to the sound of her screams and three year old, Karese’s horrid high pitched wailing. Eight months pregnant Kristi had little Cade in her arms while terrified Karese was clinging so hard to her legs that none of them could manuver the stairs very well. Kristi finally managed to tear herself away from Karese’s grip and run down the stairs just as I got to the bottom of them. Cade was having a long seizure brought on from the fever and it wasn’t letting up. I tried to help Kristi get Cade in a comfortable position until the seizure could stop. When it finally did he was motionless, blue, and not breathing. Kristi threw him in my arms and ran back to get Karese and her cell phone to call 911.

I tried to remember my CPR training from my Senior Lifesaving Course more than 35 years ago. I decided that I had more faith in my Jesus than I did in my long rusted CPR skills and began to loudly rebuke the fever, seizure, spirit of infirmity, and the spirit of death…all the while telling myself, “You can do this, you can do this!” and with the next breath yelled out loud for Salome. She joined me, alternately praying in the spirit and trying to coax me to lay the motionless and blue baby down flat (later telling me that she had several years of rust on her CPR skills, but the Lord had begun to bring it back to her mind quickly in the moment.) By this time, I was so entrenched in the spiritual battle going on over his precious little life that nothing could have pried him out of my arms as I bound and broke off the powers of darkness. Beginning to see him turn from blue-grey to blue-white, I gained confidence that God was at work and began to speak in a softer voice, my mouth close to his pale face. I said, “Cade, this is Grami-Tam. I need you to come back to me and BREATHE! Breathe, baby …and keep breathing!” He began to seize faintly and then go motionless again…The battle continued with more prayers of authority, more soft commands to breathe, and more faint seizures of fluttering signs of life. Cade’s color was more white than blue now and his breathing more regular, although very shallow and labored. The dispatch operator had dispatched the EMTs and told us to lay Cade flat on the floor and tilt his head back until they arrived.

Gary and Calen got home moments after the EMTs had arrived. They went to work to stabilize him and then took him to the local Children’s Hospital to get help in reducing the fever quickly so that he didn’t suffer another seizure.

AT one point when we had Cade lying on the floor, Salome asked Father God to “present Jesus”. She saw Him holding Cade’s head back and asked Karese if she could see Him, too. Karese said, “Yes, I see Him holding his neck.” Later while I was comforting Karese in another fit of fearful fretting at bedtime, as I lay down beside her stroking the back of her neck, I “edited out the harm of the painful memory” from earlier in the evening, she began to calm and relax into peace. I’m SO THANKFUL that we have the testimony of Jesus and praise His miraculous and powerful goodness!

I once was blind but now I see!!!

Wednesday, January 19th, 2011

Sunday morning, early early early (like 1am) I opened my eyes and I was unable to see out of my right eye. It was as if someone had taken black paint and shut out over half of my vision with some blurred areas on the sides. I layed there opening and shutting my eye hoping that I would be able to see but it remained the same.

In the morning I called my mother (Gina) and told her what was going on and she told me I was coming with her to church.

As soon as I came in and people found out about my blindness I had people laying hands on me.

This was the Sunday of Brian saying Satan has no FEET! We sang the song that says the enemy has been de”feet”ed. Tiffany kept looking over at me and pointing at her eye and saying the enemy has been defeated!

Pastor Randy had everyone stand up who needed prayer for he aling. As people layed hands on me (Gina, Bernice and others) Pastor Randy asked those praying to test and see. The first time I still could not see. After more prayer he again said test and see. I opened my eyes and could see again. My blindness was gone. My sight was restored.

The enemy has no FEET!

ANOTHER LYMPHOMA CASE HEALED

Thursday, March 25th, 2010

Another case that the doctors can’t quite explain. Here’s the report from Randy.

He came as a guest of another guest of our regular Sunday Celebration Service. It had been a great time of worship and prayer, and we had a potluck after the service so they all stayed. As we were eating lunch I asked him about what brought him to the DFW area. He began to tell me he had indolent Lymphoma and had been accepted into a program at Southwestern Texas Medical for this type of cancer. He was here for the treatment. I asked if we could pray for him and see God heal him. He readily said yes so I called over a few folks to lay hands on him and pray.

After we released the kingdom I asked him what was going on. He said he felt heat all over his body. We praised God for the healing. One week later he called and gave me a report. This kind of cancer is very aggressive and rarely diagnosed until stage four. He told me that every test he had previous to us praying had shown that 40% of his T-cells were cancerous. The Monday after praying he had another test. They told him that they had to search for the cancer when previously it was easy to find. They ended up after searching intensively finding only 3 cancerous cells. The Dr’s response was, “Looks like you are going into remission,” but we know HE IS HEALED!!!!

Healing Occurs at Starbucks Revival Center

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Don’t you love it when God uses the ordinary things in life to set up his extraordinary works?

In Starbucks today one of the employees was walking funny. When I asked her what was up she said that she had pulled a muscle or something while working out. Me and the other individual I was with asked her if we could pray for her. She said yes so we did. When asked if there was any difference she said that when hands were laid on her she felt something going on. When asked on a scale of 1-10 how different was it she said it was about a 6 or a 7. We rejoiced and asked if we could pray again and she said, “Yes, lets do that again!” We prayed and she was totally healed. Her response was “God is good!” and no one has ever done that for her before.

Come on church! Be LIGHT and SALT and show them the KINGDOM!!!
