We have a personal God.

Sometimes the simple moments are the most profound. We received this testimony from someone who has just begun attending the Summit.

I have enjoyed the last couple of services I have attended. God is so faithful to give us just what we need. I came into the service on Wednesday night heavy, dry and tired. During the song service the Holy Spirit began to minister to me in a most powerful way. Later you asked for those to come up that had felt the Lord in a phyical way but I did not come up. Then you asked for those that wanted more to come and recieve. I came forward. (I guess I was being just a little selfish).

During that time of imparting the Holy Spirit wash over me and I got a vey clear mental picture of what God was doing in me. I love flowers and I guess that is why God used this metal picture.

I saw a group of flowers bent and withered in the sun from lack of care and water. As I watched rain began to fall and I saw the flowers begin to soak up the moisture. As they did they began to plump up and their head began to raise slowly until they were totally transformed. Those flowers represented me in the spirit. Praise God, He is so faithful.

Pastor Randy got an unusual opportunity to pray for someone after being interviewed on the radio:

I received a call from a Radio Listener stating they had just heard about the miracles at Summit and wanted prayer for his wife’s back problem. Over the phone I told the husband to lay his hand on his wife’s back where the pain was and we prayed commanding healing. I asked her to test it out, but before I could ask her how she was I heard over the phone, “Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh…” over and over. God healed her of all the pain and stiffness, but there was a little twinge left. We prayed again and all I heard was “Oh my gosh!”

The next morning I received an email from the husband declaring she was healed and awoke the next morning even better.

Another Report from a Soldier

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009

We were getting frequently mortared on base and everyone was wondering why. Our Chaplain was on his normal walk around the parameter and while praying he noticed an individual in ditch with a cell phone. Nationals are not allowed to have phones on base so the Chaplain approached him and he ran. The Chaplain caught up to him, laid hands on him (not necessarily in the biblical sense), and apprehended him.

Afterward it was revealed that the individual was relaying intel to the enemy who were honing in on our position and shelling us. After this the shelling stopped for a while.

This man of God on patrol once again saved lives. Hallelujah!

God works through FaceBook

Monday, September 14th, 2009

Recently, Amy was playing Farm Town on FaceBook. As she was harvesting someone’s farm, the other person mentioned that the reason her farm was so small was that all her crops died while she was caring for an aunt who had cancer. Amy offered to pray and began declaring healing over this elderly woman suffering from ovarian cancer.

On Saturday an update came from the new friend on FaceBook. Her aunt is feeling better, the cancer count in her body is down, and she has gained 2 pounds! The doctor has told the family to keep doing whatever it is they’re doing; but we know that it’s really God that’s doing it. He is the great physician!

Let’s keep believing for complete healing!

God is protecting our soldiers

While deployed in Iraq our troop had several missions where strange and wonderful things happened. On one such occasion our Chaplain prayed that what they set for us would blow up on them with a triple punch to the face. On this mission we were returning from our destination when I thought that our scout truck had been hit by a bomb. We were informed a week later in an intel brief that the explosion was an insurgent that was setting up his bomb when it exploded killing him. When we asked when and where we realized we were the target and received a direct answer to the Chaplains prophetic prayer. This is only one of four events like this where the Chaplain prayed and the enemy could not touch us.

Jehovah Shammah, our ever present help and Jehovah Nissi, our banner of victory! Be praised!!!

God heals pre-leukemia

Friday, September 4th, 2009

While on vacation in Lubbock, Tx a few weeks ago, I heard of an old friend who had been diagnosed with Pre-Leukemia. My daughters, my brother and I went to the hospital to pray for him. While we were there, the Holy Spirit manifested in the room and everyone present knew it.

Afterward I asked my friend what was going on in his body. He stated that when we arrived he was not feeling well but after we prayed he was now feeling better and stronger. I told him that he would continue to gain strength and that he would receive a report from the Dr. that he was cancer free.

Today I received a call form my brother telling us that our friend received a report from his Dr. stating, “there is no cancer in your body!!!”

PRAISE GOD, He is still healing when we RE-PRESENT Him in this earth! You to can be a healer!

Here are a couple of great reports from Lisa:

We prayed on Thursday night for my boss and her son.

We had 2 requests:

-She is moving and wanted one particular house to rent. She had looked at 2 others but really wanted this one. She has some problems with her credit so there was a hold-up on the decision by the owners. She got the house!!!!!!

-Her son, Dylan had a growth behind his ear. It was several shades of black and the dermatologist removed it emergently as he was sure it was cancer. We prayed Thursday night. She was so worried all week. I told her that God was taking care of it for her. The report came back negative!!! When the dermatologist saw them for follow up he told them that he thought it was cancerous when he removed it. Of course, it probably was… BUT GOD?!!!!

We can all be healers…

Here’s a great testimony from Ashley:

I was at work and one of my co-workers walked by me and almost immediately she told me her neck was really tight and she was in pain. Well I walked back to her office with her and I asked if I could pray for her. She said yes. I told her a few testimonies. We have been taught to do that because the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy; when you speak in Jesus name you are putting an unstoppable power behind your words. Then I prayed for her. As soon as I stopped praying she tested it out on her own, she got chill bumps and she said in awe, “It doesn’t hurt any more, it doesn’t hurt any more! YOU’RE A HEALER.” Later that day she came up to me and repeatedly thanked me for praying for her and ask for me to keep her in my prayers for a personal matter. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

What’s the GOOD NEWS?

We always begin our staff meetings with reports of what God has been doing. Here’s the latest.

  • Christy was texting one of her friends and he said his neck was hurting. So she prayed for him over text…. and his neck was healed!
  • Cheryl’s back was hurting and she came up for prayer, they were praying for her and a word came forth that was totally right on. Her back was healed over about 30 minutes time and relationships are starting to be mended in her life. Go God!
  • Lisa received approval to do her bible study at her mobile home park.
  • Liz was able to schedule a phone interview with one of Kay Bailey Hutchison’s aides.
  • We had a large turn out at the burn!
  • Ashley was able to pray for a lady at work. When she was healed she looked at Ashley and said, “You’re a Healer.” Walls are coming down at the Hilton!
  • Amy & Andrew received two checks in the mail on the same day!

God heals hip pain and arthritis!

Tuesday, August 18th, 2009

In worship and Intercession Wednesday Night we ended our time with prayer for healing. One lady came up for prayer complaining about pain in her hips and knees stating that she had arthritis. We prayed for her and the pain immediately left her hips and legs and she began to run around the sanctuary yelling, “I can run and there is no pain!!!”
Praise God for miracles of healing!
